What are the dispensers made of?
Each dispenser is made using a high quality composite press-board material that is wrapped in a plastic wipe-clean durable finish to keep it looking new.
Can I use any store-bought brand of plastic wrap in your dispenser?
Yes, standard store brands of plastic wrap (Saran and Glad) up to 250' roll may be used in our plastic wrap dispensers if desired. However, the quality of plastic that we use in our dispensers and refill rolls is industrial quality and clings better.
Can I use any Aluminum Foil in the ChicWrap® Foil Dispenser?
Yes, our ChicWrap® foil dispensers hold and cut all foil rolls up to 200 feet in length.
Can I use any Parchment in the ChicWrap® Parchment Dispenser?
Yes, you can use any 15 inch parchment paper roll up to 66 feet in length.
Do ChicWrap® Dispensers come with a roll inside?
Yes, our Plastic, Foil, Parchment and GiftWrap Dispensers all come with a roll inside.
Can I replace and/or purchase a slide cutter for my plastic wrap dispenser?
Yes, we sell replacement ZipSafe Slide Cutters separately.
The slide cutter on my ChicWrap® plastic wrap dispenser broke or is not working, do I need to replace the entire dispenser?
No, it is not necessary to replace the dispenser. We offer replacement slide cutters for our plastic wrap dispensers on our website chicwrap.com.
Can I replace and/or purchase the black button cutter for my foil or parchment dispenser?
Yes, the cutter can be replaced on our ChicWrap® foil and parchment dispensers. However, they are not available for purchase. Please contact customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement.
Can the ChicWrap® Plastic Wrap Dispenser cut Aluminum Foil or Parchment Paper?
No, the ChicWrap® plastic wrap dispenser cannot cut foil or paper products because of the blade design.
How do I remove the QC sticker attached to my dispenser without damaging them?
Rubbing alcohol, or nail polish remover are good items for removing stickers and sticker residue. Soak a paper towel in the chosen removal product and lay it over the sticker. Soak for 30 minutes and then wipe the sticker away.
What is the easiest way to remove sticker residue?
Soak a paper towel in warm white vinegar or room temperature rubbing alcohol, then lay it over the sticker residue for about five minutes. This will soften the residue so you can wipe it away.

Can you ship to a PO Box?
No, we use FedEx Ground shipping so we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We use street addresses only.
How will my order ship?
All orders are shipped Via FedEx Ground and require from 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Up to 10 days during the busy holiday season.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on the dollar amount of the order being placed. Actual shipping fee's range from $4.99 to $12.99 based on total cart values from $7.00 to $149.99. All orders and flat rate shipping rates are valid in the lower 48 states and the prices vary by weight for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.
FedEx Ground Shipments:
With the continued growth of online shopping, more and more packages are being delivered to homes every day. With this increase in deliveries there has been an increase in missing packages which are mostly caused by package theft. The Allen Reed Company is not responsible for any shipment once the product leaves our fulfillment location and once FedEx has possession. If you are located in an area where packages may be at risk of being stolen, we encourage you to visit the FedEx website (www.fedex.com) with your tracking number. and use "Fedex Delivery Manager" to request or customize your delivery preferences, manage delivery times and/or locations.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship domestic U.S., Alaska and Hawaii orders. You can also order our products through Amazon Canada and Amazon U.K.
Do you refund shipping fees? Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Policy and Refund Policy:
If you wish to return a product, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service by emailing us at email@example.com. Acceptable reasons for refunds would be a product defect or it doesn’t satisfy your requirements and must be requested within 10 days of order receipt. Other than returns for confirmed product defects, no refund will be allowed for products opened and used by customer before returning. The RMA number is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Any package tracked and verified by Fedex as a lost package will be replaced by the company. Items purchased at retail stores, department stores or any other store selling ChicWrap® products may not be returned to chicwrap.com. Those returns must be returned through the original retail store.
A chicwrap.com Order Number is required for all returns and refunds. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price you paid for the product(s). We are unable to refund, exchange or provide items that were not directly purchased through chicwrap.com.
New Butcher Block Parchment Dispensers
As with all ChicWrap® Products, we recommend the dispenser be placed on a flat surface for optimal stability. Due to the larger roll which is much heavier than our traditional parchment dispensers, we also suggest pulling the parchment paper straight up with two hands. This helps the roll unwind evenly until the desired length is achieved.
